Here by popular demand, the SaskTel Saskatchewan Jazz Festival is proud to announce the all-new Lucky Bastard Gardens Pass! For the most dedicated and passionate music fans, the LB Gardens Pass guarantees admission to all ticketed performances at the TD Mainstage, Bessborough Gardens during the 2019 SaskTel Saskatchewan Jazz Festival.
Your LB Gardens pass will be completely transferable, meaning you can share the pass between friends and family. At a cost of only $260 (+GST), the LB Gardens Pass allows you to experience more while saving those hard earned dollars.
Pre-sale for the LB Gardens Pass, single tickets, and bundles starts on Tuesday, April 9th (12PM CST). Following the pre-sale, the LB Gardens Pass will go on sale to the general public on Friday, April 12th (12PM CST). To get your exclusive pre-sale code, sign up for our newsletter here.
A limited number of LB Gardens Passes will be available for purchase. Purchase in advance to avoid missing out!
* The LB Gardens Pass is for performances at the TD Mainstage, Bessborough Gardens only and does not grant access to shows at other festival venues.

- LB Gardens Pass must be presented upon entrance
- All sales are final—no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges
- The Saskatchewan Jazz Festival does not endorse third party sellers. Purchases made via third party sellers are done at your own risk
- The Saskatchewan Jazz Festival will not provide support for passes purchased from a third party seller
- LB Gardens Pass is transferable
- LB Gardens pass admits one entry per show

Q: WHEN DOES THE LB GARDENS PASS GO ON SALE?
A: Passes will be available for presale starting at 12PM CST on Tuesday, April 9th. To get your pre-sale code, sign up for our e-newsletter. Passes go on sale to the general public at 12PM CST on Friday, April 12th.
Q: HOW AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY LB GARDENS PASS?
A: At the time of purchase, you will be e-mailed a receipt confirmation for your records. LB Gardens Pass will be mailed out in early May or can be held at our festival box office for pick up.
Q: HOW AND WHEN WILL MY LB GARDENS PASS BE ACTIVATED?
A: Embedded in each pass is an encrypted RFID chip that acts as your ticket. Upon arrival at the festival, patrons will be required to scan their pass against an RFID scanning device to validate entry.
Whether you pick up your pass at the festival box office or receive it in the mail, it will be activated when you receive it.
Q: WHAT DOES MY LB GARDENS PASS GRANT ME ACCESS TO?
A: Your pass will grant you access to all ticketed shows on the TD Mainstage, Bessborough Gardens. The pass will not grant access to shows at other festival venues.

Q: CAN I PURCHASE THE LB GARDENS PASS AS A GIFT?
A: Absolutely, the pass makes a great gift! The pass will be registered in the purchasers name; you will need to contact us directly if you’d like to transfer ownership to someone else.
Q: ARE REFUNDS OFFERED ON THE LB GARDENS PASS?
A: All sales are final—no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be offered.
Q: CAN I SHARE MY LB GARDENS PASS?
A: Yes! The pass is shareable.
Q: IS THERE A LIMIT TO HOW MANY LB GARDENS PASSES I CAN PURCHASE?
A: There is a limit of 8 passes per purchase.
Q: CAN I PURCHASE AN LB GARDENS PASS FROM A THIRD PARTY?
A: The Saskatchewan Jazz Festival neither endorses nor provides technical support for third-party sellers or sales. We strongly recommend you avoid third-party sellers and purchase directly from the Saskatchewan Jazz Festival box office.
Q: IS THERE AN AGE RESTRICTION FOR THE LB GARDENS PASS?
A: Passes can be used for anyone 8 years of age or older. For TD Mainstage shows, children 7 and under (proof of age required) are admitted free with an adult ticket/pass holder to a maximum of two children per adult.
