Volunteer John Early rocks the cell phone — and a walkie-talkie — backstage at the Bess Gardens.

It takes over 250 energetic and dedicated volunteers to make the SaskTel Saskatchewan Jazz Festival the premier cultural event in Saskatchewan. Volunteers work tirelessly in a variety of positions that include such responsibilities as artist hospitality, transportation, merchandise, raffle sellers, promotions, bartending, set up, clean up, ticket takers, and venue supervision.

Led by a group of experienced coordinators, your volunteer experience at the Jazz Festival will be like no other. From meeting other friendly and energetic volunteers and maybe a world class musician or two, Festival volunteers, from the young and young at heart, have told us that volunteer during the Festival is the highlight of their summer.

We want it to be your highlight as well. We are always looking for bright, energetic and enthusiastic people to be a part of our volunteer family.

VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS
As a volunteer you will be required to pay a non-refundable and mandatory $10 fee and schedule a minimum of 3 x 4 hour shifts.

VOLUNTEER FESTIVAL PASS
The Volunteer Concert Pass will get you into any Festival concert that is not sold out 10 minutes prior to the start of the show. The Volunteer Concert Pass is not applicable for the Solstice Brunch or for events held at TCU Place. If you want to guarantee your seat, you will have to purchase a ticket. The Volunteer Concert Pass does not give back stage access. Some additional restrictions may apply.
