IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
- Ticket Prices include all taxes. A $2 per ticket service charge is applied on tickets $15 and over.
- Ticket purchases by Visa, MasterCard, debit, or cash unless otherwise indicated. Door sales are cash only.
- Online purchasing is available for Saskatoon concerts only.
- Tickets for concerts must be purchased from the box office outlet in the city where the concert takes place.
- Cover charges are door sales only. No tickets required.
- Tickets will be mailed for Saskatoon performances only. Minimum mailing charge of $1.00.
- Advanced ticket prices expire at 8 pm the day prior to performance.
- Children under 13 admitted free to Subway Mainstage, Bessborough Gardens. No ticket required. Proof of age required.
TICKET PICKUP
- For your protection, we respectfully request that you present the credit card of purchase, your photo identification, and your confirmation receipt when picking up tickets.
- Should the purchaser not be the person picking up or attending the event, please contact the box office at 306.652.4700 or 1.800.638.1211 to make alternate arrangements
EVENT/SHOW INFORMATION
- Cameras and recording devices are not permitted at Festival concerts.
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted at any Jazz Festival venue.
- Festival events run rain or shine. Free events may be cancelled due to inclement weather.
- Artists are subject to change without notice.
- Headliners go onstage last unless unforeseen circumstances arise.
- No dogs allowed in any indoor or outdoor venue including Subway Mainstage, Bessborough Gardens and StarPhoenix Stage at Potash Club Jazz in Kiwanis Park.
- Bring your own seating for the Subway Mainstage, Bessborough Gardens and StarPhoenix Stage at Potash Club Jazz in Kiwanis Park. Seating is not provided or available for rent.
- Smoking is NOT permitted at any Festival venue.
