I've got a Regina-based quintet (female vocalist, sax, piano, bass, drums) that would love to fill up any time you're looking to fill up during the festival this year. We started off as just friends jamming, when we decided 'jamming's fun and all, but we should be playing gigs.' So we've been playing together for a couple of years now at a lot of different venues and crowds. It's mostly pretty straight ahead stuff (standards, and lot's of old ballads to show off our singer), but we keep it interesting with a little bit of bop, a little bit of funk, and whatever else people are in the mood for.
